No fewer than nine Star regattas are scheduled for this weekend around the world. Three of them will be held in the US, with the Cleveland Race Week hosted by the Edgewater Yacht Club, the 59th Mission Regatta hosted at the Racine Yacht Club by the Western Lake Michigan Star Fleet and the Barnergat Bay Star Championship held at Tom's River Yacht Club, New Jersey.
The Canadian sailors will meet at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club for the June One Design Regatta.
In Europe, The German Star sailors will compete in the Jo Pankhofer Preis hosted by the Bayerischer Yacht Club in Starnberg. The Swedes will sail in Varberg for the Black Cat Regatta hosted by the Varbergs Segelsällskap. The 3rd Act of the Swiss Star Cup (Colomba Cup) will take place on Lake Zurich. The city of Zadar in Coatia will host the Zadar Star Regatta.
Near Moscow, the Russian Star sailors will compete for the Red Star Cup at the Pirogovo Yacht Club.
