Plenty of Olympic medalists in Grandson, Switzerland for the second SSL Test Event, officially opened with a Ceremony at the castle earlier tonight. Tonu and Toomas Toniste (EST), Tonci Stipanovic and Sime Fantela (CRO), Santi Lange (ARG), Martine Grael, Kahena Kunze and Robert Scheidt (BRA) have altogether 17 medals.
Eight teams will start racing tomorrow to test the boats, the format, and the conditions on lake Neuchatel, getting some valuable knowledge and edge for the SSL Gold Cup starting in May 2022 right here.
First race starts at 11 tomorrow morning, and after four days of qualification round the best four will meet for the Final race on Sunday, while the bottom four will challenge each-other in the Petit Final.
